My name is Spencer Hao, and I’m a photographer based out of West Palm Beach, FL
My Photography Journey
I didn’t start photography until the fall of 2024 when I rediscovered my family’s old Sony a6000 collecting dust in a closet. Inspired to take better photos, I began my journey to learn the ins and outs of photography, putting in a lot of time to research and practice.
Now, I combine photography and my love of travel and the outdoors by sharing pictures from my adventures on social media.
Photography Style
My primary photographic genres are wildlife, landscapes, and travel. Conservation and protecting our ecosystems are big themes throughout my photography. Living in Florida, there is a huge variety of birds and wildlife that make our ecosystems some of the most diverse in the country, but many species are under threat from human impacts.
Photography is my way of showcasing the beauty of our planet, and I truly hope you’ll be inspired to support your local or national conservation efforts.
Goals
I want to share my work with the world and hopefully inspire others to pick up a camera and get outside. Whether you have a dedicated camera body and lens or just a cell phone with a selfie camera, there’s no better time to take the first step by snapping a photo.
